    I asked the Total Home Fence for quote. ***, who is a sales representative, came my house for quote. She explained me how they was doing in the business and how good they were previous other house’s fence. I had to set up the flags from the city required. *** came back again measures it again. I showed her the HOA contract stated required has be cedar wood only and might have horizontal fence. I signed the contracted dated August 31st, 2020. In Total Home Fence contracted stated “cedar” which wrote by ***. On November, They settled up as the pine woods. I didn’t noticed kind of the wood look close as cedar. I went to the Lowes asked about the kind of the wood different than pine and cedar. A man explained to me. I was shocked that Total Home Fence didn’t give me cedar wood instead pine. My daughter, ******* and I have both contracted them on multiple occasions and have yet to hear anything back in a year and a half. The wood is pine, and I need cedar. The fence door keeps getting jammed because there isn’t a big enough gap for the lock. Meaning the lock is hitting and breaking the wood. The pole chipped and is loose. Some of the wood panels are popping off because the screws aren’t tight enough. I need it fixed because I spent $11,000 on the fence. Please send somebody out to fix it. Before the HOA will give me ticket to pay fine.

    I paid first half payment on sept then after they finished project I paid full rest payment.
