    When I went to Planet Fitness in Lee's Summit, MO, I explained to them that I wanted a gym membership, but I needed a gym that had a location in West Plains, MO. They told me they did, so I signed up. I needed a gym in both places because my time is spent both in Lee's Summit and West Plains. Well, as it turned out, I traveled to West Plains and looked for a Planet Fitness. After thorough investigation, I learned that there was no Planet Fitness in West Plains, MO. The salesperson in Lee's Summit straight up lied to me so he could sell a membership. I tried for no less than 3 weeks to call the Lee's Summit location, but they were closed due to inclement weather. I finally got ahold of someone at the location that agreed to cancel my membership and ensured me that I would no longer be charged. Well, that was a lie, too. I got charged again this morning. I called the gym and spoke to ********, who was able to cancel my membership, but said she would not be refunding me for the 30.24 that was charged in error. She basically said "too bad, so sad." I told her I'd be filing a complaint with the BBB and she encouraged me to do so. So, here we are.

    They billed us $100 after cancelling our membership with no explanation why
