Money was advanced for exterior materials only on 05/25/2023; however, he used the money for interior roughen electrical, plumbing and mechanical work that failed inspections, he installed partial drop ceiling before correctly framing per plans, he filed false permits through another company who did not perform the work and used unlicensed workers, when asked for a copy of the permits and receipts for materials that was purchased the receipts was less than $20,000 and permits confirmed another company. After several meeting for the past two weeks, I was told that the materials would be brought to the job site and that the failed roughen work would be completed, however nothing was honored, and I was given several breakdowns of which one reflects that I owned $96,065. This guy only worked 2 1/2 weeks with only 2 to 3 workers and performed hirable work to justify keeping the funds and not complete or, correct the work nor will he refund the additional funds. Additionally, he purchased lower grade materials then what the plans called for, installed roughen work in dry routed wood, notched several holes in low baring wall studs did not reframe per plans left the project ceiling exposed to water which flooded the building, installed a 2" PVC to an old galvanized 1" pipe when plans called for new lines, plans required furnace, hot water heater, and utility sinks to be installed in a utility closet, however no utility sinks were installed and the furnaces are installed in the ceilings. this guy has not performed any work in over two months.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: It was clear that All Action Contractor operated under false pretense when you file for permits using another company who was not going to do the work or honor the work that failed all inspections and this company self performed the work that they applied permits for and they are not certified to do this work. I have filed an official complaint with the Kansas city Missouri planning department which they have called this action permit peddling and an investigation is under way. It was clear that *** ******* was given funds for this contract and it is clear with all of the proof that I have submitted that a clear breach of contract has happened and *** ******* was given months to correct the failed work that was inspected by certified offices of the state of Missouri and no work was ever corrected or completed, a long with unvalidated receipts for materials and  materials that was removed from the project site that was witnessed by the captain of the Kansas City Mo east patrol and other witnesses so at that time the locks were changed and a police report has been filed on 08/28/2023. I don't know how much more that I the victim of this person who ran off with my funds, materials and a banded the job. the failed work was months prior to me changing the locks. I have provided over whelming proof of the mis handling of funds, permits, failed inspection report the steeling of material and more. what else is needed. He is a crook.

    Sincerely,

First and foremost All Action Contractors or any affiliates of All Action Contractors are crooks. Respectfully, the owner was unhappy with how the project was going and fired us. All Action Contractors was also unhappy with the owner's behavior and timing was off for the both of us. The major timing glitch was the closing of the liquor store side with was informed by the owner to All Action Contractors that the store would be shut down to do the necessary improvements. The owner complained about having financial issues and informed All Action Contractors that she needed to sell the rest of inventory to make ends meet. With that understanding we collectively agreed to start other projects of the project to not lose time. This act was completely to help the customer to get her store completely sold out of items. The customer unfortunately called in for a premature inspection without my consent or awareness and now is trying to use the failed inspection against my company. Also, no other inspection was called for because simply the job wasn't ready for that. The customer asked All Action Contractors for a loan from the proceeds of the down-payment that was given to All Action Contractors and we declined. From that day forward the climate of the job immediately changed. Every dollar given to All Action Contractors was worked for and justified. The customer received a breakdown and we tried to work things out moving forward with someone she brought in to assist in project management. Unfortunately, she declined moving forward. We went and finished the deficiencies from the premature/non-consentual inspection and the owner asked us to leave from her property. She informed us that she would allow us to get our belongings the next day just to lock the doors and not let us return. We never have stole anything from you or anyone else. Please don't disrespect us like that again. We hold the utmost respect for you. At this point you are not being fair and just when you make those comments. This whole matter could have been work out but she had her mind made that she wanted to go with another general contractor. We wish you nothing but the best and will always accept your call. We are definitely not hard to find and again if there is anyway we can stop all the back and forth between us in a civil way *** ***** I'm open to meet/talk you anytime. I RESPECT YOU.  HOPE ALL IS WELL WITH YOU TOO!!!
