    I hired Lee's Summit Heating and Cooling to do some plumbing work at my house. They left over a month ago and have not finished the job. Two out of 3 bathrooms are now unusable. They cut holes in the wall and didn't fix them. I have called and spoke to a manager, but now they won't return my calls.

    We originally sold this job to *** ******, the mother of the person who submitted the complaint. *** was fully aware of the plan to leave the final trim fixtures off until she had a drywall company sheetrock the walls of the shower. Then we were scheduled to return to Install the final trim and fixtures. ***** Son, who is set to inherit the house was not a fan of the design of fixtures that *** chose to go with and requested that we change them out at no charge. We told him we were happy to swap the fixtures out but they would have to provide the fixtures. We Have reached out to this Customer Directly to resolve the issue. We left the original project completed with exception to the Trim plumbing fixtures uninstalled to give the customer time to hire a drywall company to sheetrock the bathroom walls, after which we were scheduled to return to the customer's house. Since the original complaint we have met with ***** son on site and agreed to cover the cost of the drywall to the shower because the original tech never put in the notes that the dry wall cost would be on the customer, not us. We are currently waiting on a response from *** ****** so we could set an appointment to return and complete the work.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The company quoted and invoiced for Chrome fixtures, not Brass, which were installed.  They did not contractually notify of the need to hire an additional contractor to repair their damage to the property created during the installation process.  The work was sloppy and incomplete.  High pressure sales were used to intimidate an elderly widow into paying for incomplete and inaccurate work.

    My Plumbing Manager Tanner has spoken to the customer's son directly and came to a resolution that includes replacing the brass trim pieces with chrome. The parts are on order, as soon as they come in we will be scheduling the return visit with the customer's son.
