      This company uses a firm that accesses public information and sends out letters that are basically "fishing" to get customers. My letter stated that my home insurance was about to expire which isn't true. This seems to be a rather underhanded attempt to get more business. It made me concerned that I'd forgotten to take care of my insurance or that something had happened. If this company is such a reputable company, wny do they need this kind of tactics?

      Reached out for a quote and had one in less than 48 hours. I did accept their quote out if the 6 I got. Their communication is great, I preferred to email instead of call and they followed my wishes. They also had their property viewer text me before hand and let me know when he was going to be at the house. This is very helpful since in the past I was told someone will show up in the next month and some random person was just taking pictures of my home. I love a good small town feeling of trust and comfortability, and that is what Jim Hubbard Insurance is giving me.

      I filled out the Agency's online form to request a quote. Within two business days I received an electronic response with a good rate from a very good insurance company. I was able to set up the home and auto coverage through email correspondence. The agent made the whole process smooth and easy and they saved us quite a bit of money.
