    Design Consultant, Nate S****, provided service that was well beyond my expectations.
    Nate asked helpful questions to determine my needs regarding a replacement shower and pointed out health and safety concerns (such as mold) that he wished to address.
    He conveyed his care for me as a person. I was far more to him than the sale of a shower.
    Nate offered options within my needs and constraints which made it easy for me to make a decision.
    From start to finish, it was obvious to me that Nate wanted to find the best solution for me.
