      My complaint is essentially the same as another posted here. This company gives false advertisement and false explanation of their plan. I was a previous customer and had no issue with billing as it was every quarter. I decided to give them another try, so I called to have my service set back up. When I spoke with the rep, they explicitly stated I would be billed every 3 months as I had previously. They failed to notify me of a cancellation fee as well. When I found out I was being charged monthly (after getting a notification my account was being sent to collections), they stated it was in the contract that I digitally signed. I explained that's not what was explained to me nor this standard the last time I used their service. I was willing to pay partial, but they would not budge. They even admitted the person who set up my account was no longer with the company, so there's a complete lack of accountability. I inquired why I was still being billed even when they were not servicing my house. They stated the account is still being actively billed, but they don't service accounts in the current state mine is. I requested they cancel my account and inquired if they send some kind of confirmation. The gentlemen stated they should send an email. I had not received anything that day, so I waited until the next day to call back. They woman who answered this time said they don't usually send out emails, but she would make an exception and send an email message simply stating I cancelled the account. I am echoing the same sentiment as another person previously; I am seeking that they clear the billed charges of $145.99 and they need to be reviewed for lack of ethical communication. I never make formal complaints, but I felt compelled to do so this time, due to the unscrupulous nature of their service.

      I had a service done with mantis the beginning of August. When they first came out they advised me that their was no signs of bed bugs.I told them that I know for sure I have bed bugs because Ive seen 3 We then scheduled a later time for them to come out and spray they even was kind enough to help me with a payment arrangement. When the guy who did the service came out. I was asked me multiple questions as if he didnt want to do his job he asked me whos paying for the service was my landlord covering it Etc..I was advised that the service could take an hour to spray they guy was in my house no more then 20 mins and barely sprayed around my house. I called the office days later and spoke with an account rep he advised me that no one can come out and to allow time for the treatment to work . I explain to him that the guy who did the treatment did not spray properly I have cameras in my home that proves that . The account manager showed no emotions or concerns about my frustration or any resolution for me as a customer. I have it another week and called again. They tell me the exact same thing advising me that nobody can come out and spray until the next service date on September 10th. I would also have ti pay a addition $150 (which Im okay with as long as service is properly)Each time I called nobody apologized about the inconvenience they didnt offer to help in any kind of way, each person I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional.this whole experience was very disappointing and unpleasant. Im out of my money and services did not meet customer standard . I definitely would not recommend
