    I hired Joe to install new pipping in 24 windows and fix a chain link fence. Within 3-5 business days the pipping started falling out and it was done with 2 colors of pipping. I reported it to Joe, and it took 26 days for Justin to come out and fix. He refused to speak with me, but claimed it was fixed. Now it is falling out on several windows. I have reported to this to them, but they will not respond and make good on their work. (I hired another contractor to look at the windows, he discovered the pipping used was too small which is why it is not staying in place)
    Paid to also have a chain link fence gate fixed. Gate is not fixed and will not open very far. Requested him to please fixed per our original agreement and now he has quoted me an additional $700 to fix and no credit given for the original payment when it was not actually fixed.
    Be aware of his outrageous disclaimer on the paperwork. They did not do the jobs they were hired and paid for. They do not follow up and will not do repairs on the shoddy work. No guarantees honored. I am elderly and on a fixed income. I paid for jobs that were not done and there is no integrity in their work.

    My wife recently had a run-in with Joe, resulting in her windshield getting cracked. When confronting Joe about it, he immediately got defensive and denied everything. Instead of going through a hassle, my wife and I are going through our insurance to resolve the issue. As a business owner myself, I believe Joe handled this situation poorly.
