Aspen Contracting did a great job when a storm came through and damaged my home and outbuilding with large hail. ******* ****** came out and met with the adjuster and pointed out damage. They handled all interactions with the insurance company and had all the work done in two days with a great cleanup.Aspen Contracting, Inc.

1 starAvoid this company!!!!! Not only poor installation, but the service is horrendous. No one shows up.
Read on for the stories.
They didn't cut the holes for our bathroom fans properly so they attached the duct to the plywood with a single screw, causing mold in our attic.
In addition to 2 leaks in 2 years.
One is a current leak that I can't get anyone to come fix it after more than a month!!
Before the leak, I wanted a vent pipe removed from our roof. It is very rusty and no longer used. I first called in October, it's now June 28.
Multiple calls to get someone to come give me an estimate, 3 months to get the estimate. Another month to get them to come out so I can sign to do the work, now waiting for them to schedule it. Over 2 weeks already. I'll pay their $750, because their warranty is void if anyone else works on the roof, but can't get it scheduled. Just find someone else.
It gets better! Got a manager calling me to fix the situation/my review. They scheduled the work yesterday Friday 6/27 between 8-12, I took a day off work to get this done. No one showed!
I called them and they told me I had been rescheduled to today/Saturday 8-12 without being told. So I wasted a day off PTO waiting.
No one showed up on Saturday either. I finally left the house at 1 to go for a hike, and messaged the manager that I was done waiting. He said it would still get done today and did not understand why I was mad about waiting from 8-1 and not willing to sit and wait the rest of the day.
Then I got a message at 2 that someone would be there in 45 minutes. I came home instead of hiking (I should have stayed, but I really wanted to get this fixed). Again no one showed!!
They stopped responding to messages.
Wasted 2 days, and now I still have to find a roofing company to get a leak fixed and the vent stack removed before it leaks too.
Seriously stay away from this company.
What good is a warranty if they do crap work and won't come fix their mistakes??Review fromEric W

***** helped me out years ago with a project and was first to contact me when a hail storm came through and damaged my roof and siding while I was out of town. He has been great to work with and makes sure all the work being done is professional. He would be the first person I contact in the future for any work I am needing done on my house.Aspen Contracting, Inc.

I just want to say WOW! Not knowing who to get to roof my home after a hail storm damaged it, I had a knock at the door and a man handed me a brochure. not a business card. I did a little research and found that this company has an amazing track record. Well to make a long story short Aspen Contracting Inc. replaced my roof and gutters with new and it was exactly as promised. As quickly as promised. Quicker than my entire neighborhood. So much communication from I feel like everyone in the company. I was told of every move they were making. My roof looks great and I highly recommend Aspen Contracting Inc for you roofing, siding and guttering needs!Aspen Contracting, Inc.

Aspen made the insurance claim process simple, I filed it, they submitted the inspection and the insurance company approved it and paid out accordingly within 10 days. Wasn’t fully covered due to my policy type, so we had to pay some out of pocket and Aspen came down on pricing. They communicated well when it came to ordering supplies, drop off, permit pulling, start day, etc. The crew worked 12 hours and completed a full tear off and replacement on our house and detached shop. Decent sized job and they all worked diligently. When they were almost done, someone’s leg fell thru the house roof and they had to pull up shingles, put new board down and re-shingle, which is concerning but mistakes happen. Couple small siding damages that were taken care of quickly and seamlessly. The 1-less star disappointment was due to the lack of attention to detail with the excessive amount of nails and x2 razor blades found throughout the yard and driveway. Much more than the acceptable handful. They offered to send back the crew to rerun the magnet, but I declined because we have our own small magnet and I wanted to ensure it was taken care of being that we have dogs and young relatives who run around here. My POC, Brad was apologetic and understood my frustration with the clean up job, and also agreed, that it was not up to their companies standards. But I truly just cannot give 5 stars due to that alone. Otherwise, the job looks great, everyone was professional, courteous and for the most part, the process was easy going. I believe Aspen is a good company, the crews just need to be held to a higher standard to truly match how the company as a whole is portrayed and rated.Aspen Contracting, Inc.

1 starI called them yesterday for an estimate on my roof and siding. He called to set up an appointment for 9 am the next day. He didn't come so I called him and asked why he didn't come over. He said since I'm retired he could come later through a text message. I called to talk to a supervisor, he said rude things to me and hung up on me. It was very rude. 5 starsHugh and Devon Scott's crew from Aspen just finished my new roof and it looks great! Couldn't be happier with how it turned out and how they left area around my home clean if not cleaner then it was prior to the install. Hugh and Devon are professional and had no issues answering all the questions I had during this whole process. Now we move on to the siding and the rest of the exterior from here!
