  We recently had our roof replaced by DHI. Knick K******* was our contact and he exceeded our expectations. DHI was one of three companies that gave us estimates on our roof and Knick was the most helpful. He worked with our insurance company and was very knowledgeable about the process. We felt confident that he would work for us and he did. Our roof was replaced quickly and we cannot recommend Knick and DHI enough.

  DHI Did my roof after the Deracho. Very satisfied until I recently discovered a leak the was running down the hall light fixture.. after 3 days of trying to contact them finally got someone to come and inspect. He went onto the roof, took some pictures and said he would get back to me. 4 days later and nothing. Again there messed up answering service basically not able to talk to anyone. Now I have a bucket in my hall, and a soaked ceiling....

  DHI did my roof and siding after the derecho storms in ****. There were some installation issues on both the siding and roof but after contacting DHI they immediately came by and fixed both issues. They redid the entire border of my siding and repainted a room ceiling were there was a leak from the roof. They gave me zero pushback on fixing both issues once I contacted them.Absolutely stellar service. There were some issues with installation but they made it right which is all you can ask.

  After the derecho came through ************ we needed someone to work on our home. My parents live in the area and said they were using ***. I called them and worked with a great sales rep that came to the house right away for inspections and started working with the insurance company. I was very happy with the progress. They repaired our roof first and did a great job. There was a lot of debris left in the yard. Our insurance company is state farm. The State Farm adjuster said that only the front and right side of our home was damaged and that they would only pay for that siding to be replaced. But our *** rep told us it would be easy to get State Farm to replace all the siding since there is damage on all sides of the house and because of the "Line of sight" law where you can't have a house with 2 different kinds of siding etc. The *** rep was sending links to choose what our new siding would be and said that after winter we would start on the siding. After the winter we didn't hear from ***. I started calling our rep and no one answered. *** became impossible to get in contact with. After much phone calling and emailing we found out that our *** rep had quit his job. I was shocked that no one from the company would tell us this or pick up where he left off. Then when we started asking about when they could do our siding they would say that our insurance doesn't cover the siding. But we knew from the first *** rep that it is normal for insurance companies to start off saying they won't cover all the siding but they actually will when you show them the damage and that their aren't siding matches for your house. *** told us they could no longer help us and that their crews had already left the state. Now we have wasted so much time getting our siding done. While contacting new contractors to do the siding they said they have heard many people have problems with ***. I would highly advise not to use them. It is very hard to get someone on the phone with *** as well.
