      I am rejecting this response because:

      They have sent out 2 people on claim last week to view issues and took pictures to record the issues at hand.

      I received a new quote for redoing fascia wrap in text while still under warranty and then they sent another quote for adding new drip edge to cover up mistakes that was made from Jan 2024 install. Drip edge was damaged from 2 different installs from same company. Also the wrong Fascia color wrap on back of house that doesn't match the rest of the house. As well damage from water getting inside attic  which created  condesantion that got into the installation with moisture spots. Also damage down to garage and basement and front window near door going into basement with water damage.

      They want to send Mr. ******** out this week when I get back home.

      When I get home I'll call company for him to come out to record all the damage that has been done for the 3rd time for improper insulation of gutters, Fascia wrap and short cuts that was made

      BBB claim needs to stay open untill a resolution comes out.

      ff. Then they had to replace gutters and request me to pay for down spots do to damages of disassembly to fix the issues back from 2019 that originally started from all this. 2024 Nov 1st I sent pictures to Intergity to resolve the issues of sun light coming into the house and leaking water from improper Fascia board that was not correct size from the second contractor and as well covered up wood rot that should have replaced and there is some section show with pictures where it wasn't replaced with the correct wood.
      2024 Nov 1st sent pictures of gutter sent email back to Intergity Roofing that I can see day light inside the attic and see Fascia metal and gutter brackets from My attic.
      2024 Nov 12 sent me a contract to sign to charge me additionally $675. They want to install new drip edge and review what errors that's prior work was done that may have discrepancies. Any findings that needs addressed outside of new contract of scope will be addressed to homeowners and new estimate.
