    Work done 5/28 - 5/30 They removed 4 trees but left a destroyed backyard: - damaged yard by refusing to wait for rain to clear/ground to dry, deep ruts, dirt displaced to patio - two electrical/cable cords severed by machinery - gutter guard torn off one section of gutter - underground drainage system completely damaged at the house, 4-6 inches effected and water now will pool at the house - flower bed wall destroyed - cable pulled away from house - two cables unearthed - at least one sprinkler head destroyed more TBD with evaluation next week - 90% of grass dead - raised flower bed metal mesh barrier was ripped off and removed from it completely - trash left in yard - they left our ladder that they had to borrow, up against our house - minimal communication regarding the job and very rude

    Some people just love to complain as you can tell by our reviews all across every sites everybody is always happy with us. She is making up stuff. We told her her yard was going to be damaged removing four huge trees. She’s just never wanted to pay the price lesson learned on trying to help people out on giving them a half price discount on getting her trees done never again, we have pictures of her yard before we started the yard and had weeds and vines and no grass growing anyway definitely not a pretty backyard in the first place now it’s going to help removing all those trees. She will be able to finally get sun.. all of her neighbors are extremely happy with us. It just happens to be her. It is what it is. Can’t make everybody happy. Have a great day April, we’re still working in the neighborhood.

    I contacted Masters and received an estimate of $1000 to remove a crab tree and trim an Oak tree in my front yard. They began doing the work in the morning on April 9. While they were working the sales rep ****** ***** came to the door and said that he noticed there was a flowering crab in my side yard, 3 horn beams, 3 verbena, another flowering crab and a dogwood in my back yard that needed trimming and some dead wood removed that they would do for an additional $500. I agreed but had a Dr appointment so I told my wife to give the a check for $1500 when the work was done. When I returned home she had given ****** a check but I noticed some debris left in the side yard, dead wood remaining in the viburnums and the crab tree and Dogwood had not been touched. I called ****** but the call went to voicemail so I left a message with my concerns. He did not return my call so a couple of days later I called again. This time he answered, said he was sorry and they would be out the following Monday 4/14 to finish the job. Friday he called and said they had to change the day to Tuesday and would be here @ noon. No one showed up so I called ****** at 3pm and had to leave another voicemail. Late afternoon with my call not returned I noticed that there were workers from Masters down the street. I told them my problem. They said they had been very busy but would call their boss. About an hour later they appeared and I showed them what needed to be done. They did some trimming took out some debris and disappeared. They left a 5 foot limb and a considerable amount of dead wood in the viburnum. My voicemail to ****** has not been returned. In frustration I have trimmed out the remaining dead wood. I will attempt to attach photos of what remained.

    I’m not sure what’s going on. I have not received no calls and we came back and took care of this. It was just a misunderstanding between me and the crew. The crew had forgot, but the job has been taken care of.

    We have been back and took care of this and now he will not answer the phone at all to clarify everything. He never called me back, so I assumed everything was good.

    Dustin delivered a refund to me yesterday afternoon. Assuming the check is good this satisfies my complaint
