    We purchased 6 new NOT rebuilt injectors on July 6, 2022. (Although the Mechanic said the injectors looked rebuilt to him and not brand new.) On the first trip out for the truck one injector failed. Needing to have the truck back on the road to complete a job we reordered one injector on July 22, 2022 and told them we wanted the failed injector to be warrantied. The new injector came, was installed and the truck was back to work. I did receive my core money for the first 6 returned core injectors after insisting on my end for the money while we waited for the warranty information on the secord order. I did not receive any warranty information for the bad injector. After many phone calls which I was told they were waiting for the manufacture to provide them the information they needed or that they were working on it I recieved a email with a warranty claim form to fill out on Aug 15, 2022. I filled out the form on Aug 15 and emailed it back to them. As of today, Sept. 16, 2022, I have not heard from anyone. I have tried to call multiple times, as much as 10 times in one day. No one answers the phone.... why...? Even when I tried the line to place a new order.... don't they have a business? I left several messages, even saying I needed someone to call me back or I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Here I am contacting the BBB. (I wonder if they have my number "flagged!") I currently have one bad injector that I have paid for. What do I do with it? I have no address to send it to or return authorization form. I am out the cost of the injector and the core. Even if they don't want to warranty their product the least they could do is allow me to return the core for a return of my core cost. Where is the customer service?

    Unfortunately, we've not received any of the voicemails that the customer claims to have left. Regardless, all that she says is correct and she is due a refund/credit for the warranty item. These were NOT remanufactured, but were new, Genuine ************* ******** parts. That's true no matter what a mechanic might "think" or represent. The warranty processing, which includes inspection and credit, with ******** can take some time. We've not yet received the credit from the manufacturer but will process the refund for the customer as requested. In the future, to speak with a representative, please call ************ and press "1". That Toll Free phone is answered Monday-Friday, 9A to 6P CST. Thank you.
