Save yourself some headache and go to a real shop where the guys are willing to work. This guy is about to cost me thousands of dollars because he's worried he's not gonna get paid by insurance company. Absolutely regret sending my truck there.

This customer brought his vehicle to our shop requesting that we work with his extended warranty company to get payment for completing the repairs needed on his truck. He is upset because the warranty company denied his claim. This customer has his phone number on the side of his truck and it is set up as a tow truck. We were asked by the company if the truck was modified in any way and then asked for pictures. He is now upset that the insurance company is aware of these details and blaming us for informing them. We did not complete any work on his truck because him, nor the warranty company, has approved the work for payment.
