Avoid sending your child(ren) to this daycare at all costs. In the few short weeks that my children attended there have been continuous problems.
From Paul, the owner’s lack of accountability.
My children facing physical aggression from other kids. A boy exposing himself to my daughter during what was supposed to be nap time.
And in addition to those things a teacher yelled at my child, and then lied to me about it when I broached the topic with her.
Once these incidents were reported I received nothing but excuses from Paul. He also said I could leave.
I repeatedly asked for incident reports, which should be automatically provided after any occurrence yet they weren't.
And then the final straw happened today. I picked my children up and noticed my daughter withdrawn. When I asked her what was wrong I found out that a teacher verbally assaulted my child, saying, “Go away, and I don’t care if you tell your fucking mama.”
How can an adult speak to a child like that? How can that be your reaction to a child in need? How can you be okay with leaving that type of impression on a child's heart?
We live in perilous times and I will not be a parent wondering if my child is safe at a childcare facility.
As a mother, I feel upset, sad, angry, and frustrated about my child enduring this situation (this is the same teacher I previously reported to Paul for yelling at my child).
I immediately informed Paul about this incident, and his first response was, “Did you hear it?”
What kind of question is that? Are you serious?
This daycare is chaotic; it’s just a bunch of kids supervising other kids. They don’t use the Brightwheel app as promised during the tour. The place always has a lingering smell of dirty diapers, likely because they leave infant diapers in the classrooms for too long.
As a parent, I should not have to worry about my child's safety and well-being.
This daycare has severely let down my children and me. I strongly advise against choosing this daycare

The truth of this matter is that we told this parent that she had to leave our facility because she thought it was her place to correct our staffing whenever she thought they did something wrong(according to what her child says). Regretfully, I gave her a few days to find another place then being nice again, I gave her another week when she asked. My guess is that she will not work out at her next facility seeing she verbally attacks teachers when her daughter says they did something wrong(her daughter lies about incidents).

Paul, the ONLY truth is that your facility overpromises and underdelivers!!
My children weren't there for a full month because your tour is for a few moments versus a full day's work shift where a parent gets to see for themselves.

You have to live with calling my child a liar, and you have to live with being subpar and dishonest.

The beautiful thing about this Mama Bear is that I've taught and am teaching my cubs to observe all things, advocate for themselves, and not let anyone scare them into being quiet.

This will never work for facilities like KidZone Creations, LLC, Paul, or his staff (minus Ms. Dionne, Ms. Sarah & the other infant teacher).

I mention this to point out that this isn't me being disgruntled about choosing to not have my children return. It's about keeping my children safe, mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Paul, shame on you and the chaotic staff that does this for money and not the love of children.

You abdicated responsibility yet again, and that speaks volumes. However, you and I both know I have written documentation that my daughter is not a liar.

My son attended Kidzone from 12 weeks - 22 months. Rating a 1 due to the quality of care, lack of communication, lack of knowledge and training of caregivers, and complete unprofessionalism from the owner *********There were MANY issues during our time there, which included getting a response back from **** in a timely manner and issues continued to go unresolved. He would flat out deny what I was telling him or brush it off. Staff would report I would like a call from him, yet hed either not respond or do it when he felt like it. He would not provide me with a phone number to reach him at and wasnt coming in during drop off and pick up times. After NOT hearing from him, I decided it was time to leave a review of our experiences on ******* Went to drop him off on Monday and **** was there to say they would no longer watch him, NO notice. A 2 wks notice is required by him.Turnover is VERY high, training minimal, and easily reflected in their quality of care. MANY times my son has come home with bite marks/bruises, scratches, he had a horrible quarter sized bruise on his abdomen from the highchair clip being forced (when this happened they didnt even tell me about it until I questioned it after bringing him home that night), and bad diaper rashes. Incident sheets arent always filled out, nor are you notified as these girls may not even know the child was injured or they just dont tell you. Hes come home with dry bm on his **** many times. Owners aware. They apologize, nothing changes. If I could suggest to parents of babies to do one thing, it is to expect that they update every activity, in detail, on Brightwheel.Ask who their teacher is and request updates with each teacher changeover during the day. Many different teachers during the day and coming and going. By the time you get one set of girls informed on what youd like to see happening with your child, theyre gone.I had state even contact me about our experience there. Speaking up may get you fired.

A lot of these comments simply are not true and are meant to mulitiously attack me personally, our facility, and our staff. We have many very happy parents in our facility that love the care that we provide. We can provide many different references from those parents that love our place. I feel very fortunate to have the great staff that we have. I invite families to come check us out for yourself and not listen to this ladies mulitious comments.
