      I am so unhappy with retail rebel auction, last week I spent over 1000.00 and 600.00 this week. This week I received a pallet of shoes over half had no match and the other half were really used. The next pallet was a paint sprayer that was trashed beyond belief, I would have never bid on those pallets had I had any idea that's what I was going to get.The first couple times were great but the last two times have seriously left me extremely upset and discouraged. Putting some nice shoes on the top or having an unopened box with a broken or majorly used item is false advertisement basically a lie in my opinion. I had every intention of bidding every week, but after spending 1600.00 and getting used, damaged, incomplete stuff that I can't even resale I'm absolutely done. I am so disappointed and would encourage others not to do business with Retail Rebel.

      Retail Rebel has reached out to this customer and pointed them to review the terms and conditions of the auction that they are required to acknowledged before being allowed to place a bid on our auction application. Our terms clearly state that all sales are final and that items sold are "AS IS" with no guarantees for any of the products sold on the auction. We encourage customers to physically examine all items prior to placing their bids. All pallets are placed in a manner that allows access to at least three sides of the skid so that they may thoroughly inspect as needed/desired. Although the customer was still not satisfied with their purchases they seem to understand our policies and that it is her responsibility to know what she is bidding on.

      False advertising.
      Store has prices that are variable based on the day of the week. (i.e.: Friday is $0.50, Saturday is $10.00). I went into the store on 11-24-23, which is a Friday and expected the prices to align with the day of the week.

      Once we reached the checkout, we were informed that the items were $10/ea not the $0.50 posted. I spoke with several employees and a “manager” due to my confusion. I was told that there were signs all over (there were NO signs) explaining the change in price.

      Went to their auction as usual and the next day you are required to pick up and pay for your items. When I went to pay for my items I had used a debit card and all of a sudden my price I paid was increased by an additional 2.99% which was not posted online, the day before, or mentioned at all at any point until after the payment had already processed. I brought it up with the person who took my payment that I hadn't paid with a credit card and they assured me that was a new rule they had put up that morning without notification to any auction winners before picking up or paying for their items. Their employees have stolen items off of my pallets and are preferring cash only payments.

      I have shopped at the kansas city wyandotte county and other Kansas stores since they opened and in the past year they have began charging sur charges of 2.99% on all card purchases. Now it has been illegal in the state of Kansas to charge sur charges in any cards i don't know I'd that has changed if it had that would only be on credit cards to my knowledge it's still illegal for these n or any consumer business to charge a sur charge in a debit card purchase even if ran as credit. Now my daughter and i spend $500 to $1000 a week in these stores ands these fees on my own money direct out my bank account as debit card purchase is adding up. Id like to know the current laws in this and or i want all that money back since this started. I want taught to carry cash I've used a bank debit card my entire life and i know this is still illegal. Please help me thank you ********* *** *** ****

      The fee customers have recently seen on all cards is a convenience fee not a surcharge which is within our legal right. This is posted in all of our stores directly next to all pin pads at check out. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, we recommend paying in cash to avoid the convenience fee. We have a ATM´s in our KC stores to ensure customers have access to a cash option at checkout.

      I purchased a 7-1 keyboard case for an iPad 12.9 inch. As I was checking out the cashier asked me if I had checked to see if everything was in the box and I said yes and when I got home I went to put the case on my iPad and only to find out that it was too small it dint fit it was like 2inches smaller than the size listed on the box I have tried several times to email support and I have gotten no response. and I want my money back.

      An email was sent and  provided to customer from our customer service email *************************** to resolve.The email the customer and BB was communicating to is our IT department which is also a 3rd party causing delays in communication. We are working to get the email for BB changed to ensure further communication. Our customer service email is posted on our website for customers.

      On June 24,2022 I made a purchase for 144.22 at the store on ***** ***. when the purchase was in transaction the computer system went down and we had no way of telling if the transaction went through? I had used a credit card for this and the store manager had been called to assist. His name was ******. To no avail we could not tell if it went through. So finally the system came back up and still couldn’t tell anything about the transaction. So I used another credit card and it went through ok and I was able to get a receipt on that one. I went home and checked both credit cards and both cards had been charged the 144.22 . I went back to the store and talked to ****** again and he took down my personal information and said the corporate office would be the one to handle this and credit back the credit card used the first time. About a week later ****** called and said they needed my credit card information to proceed and I went to the store and he copied the info from the card and said he would forward it to corporate. I waited another week and went to the store again and explained to ****** I had not heard anything or received a credit on my card. He assured me it was not his fault but placed the blame on corporate and that he would contact them again. Still another week went by and have not heard or received anything from them yet. So once again I went to the store and talked to ****** and he said he would contact corporate again and inform them I haven’t received any thing yet. I feel this has been thrown under the carpet by corporate and they haven’t contacted me one time and ****** claimed to have given them my personal information.

      Due to a transitions happening in our corporate office this refund was accidentally overlooked. We are working hard to ensure this does not happen again with any future customers. Customer was contacted through their email with a attached receipt of this refund completed.
