    About a week and a half ago, I called this location and spoke to an worker. I told her that I had a battery to a cartridge and wanted to know if all cartridges fit a standard battery. I also explained to her that I was very new to using that form of cannabis. I started name off the different sizes. She told me yes if there is a top that you screw off the battery for the cartridge to go in then, yes. So, we hung up and I started shopping online. I purchased two items equaling out to over $100.00. Their policy is that you have to spend $75.00 min. to have your items delivered to your home. When I paid for and received my items, I noticed that the cartridge that I purchased did not fit the battery that I already had. I waited a few days and called the company and wound up speaking to ****, the manager, the original agent did not know how to handle the situation. I explained to **** that I called days prior before shopping and ordering to make sure I got the right item for the battery that I already had. He explained that the cartridge that I purchase has it's own specific battery and he would give me the battery for "free", but I would have to pay another $75.00 worth of items for it to be delivered. THAT MAKES ABSULUTELY NO SINCE ESPECIALLY WHEN I CALLED IN INQUIRING ABOUT IT PREVIOUSLY. Why would I have to pay $75.00 more to use an item that cost $50.00 when I would have gotten what I needed if I was told the correction information to begin with? He told me that he could give me a credit on my account for the correct battery. I explained to him that I was about to move out of town and had NO use or desire to buy $75.00 worth of items when the state where I am moving is illegal. There is no way I could use those items up before my move. The other option he gave was to come and pick it up. I DO UBER AND WAS NOT GOING TO SPEND $60.00 ROUNDTRIP!!! That would still make me have to come out of pocket to get this item which is triggered from the wrong information given
