    A 1-2 day job took 2 weeks to complete. The workers didn’t show up prepared to work. Didn’t have materials or tools. First day there were 3 men working g all day to replace a support beam and part of the deck flooring. Over the next 12 days workers would come and go briefly. One showed up at my home after 7pm. The workers used foul language while working on my home so I had to ensure the children were out of the house. Even the neighbors complained about the slow work product for a small job and the lack of professionalism. I was also asked to sign a change work order that didn’t list the amount I would be charged for changes. I asked multiple times what I would be charged without an answer. I recommend using a professional company rather than giving a small business a chance. My job clearly was not worth their time.

    We are sincerely sorry that our services did not satisfy your expectations. We pride ourselves on our work and we work very hard to make our clients happy. In fact, the longer duration of your project was a direct result of us trying to meet your expectations regarding the poor condition of your deck. We came back after normal working hours to at your request, to work around your schedule. The last time was for you to sign our customer satisfaction form, a document that says you were happy with our work, which you signed.
    Regarding the change order that you signed, it listed our hourly rate, the estimated hours to perform the work and a description of work that included additional deck boards and caulking and painting on your home.
    Even though you signed the customer satisfaction form, but are now unhappy, please know that we worked hard and put in many hours trying to satisfy your requests. Again, we are sorry you were not pleased with our professionalism
