    My house was hit by 10 minutes of very large hail.  I knew that I would need a new roof.  I received recommendations from a family member for one company and he came to look at my roof 4 days later.  He let me know that my plastic vents had taken a beating and had holes in them.  He said that I should have someone put Plastic tape sheets over these until replacement could be done and he did not have any with him at the moment.  That very afternoon, Liberty Roofing knocked on my door and I let them know that I knew holes were in the vents. They asked if I would like for them to put Gorilla Sheet tape over the holes and I said, that would be great.  When he came off of my roof 15 minutes later, I asked what I owed him.  He said that wasn't how he did business and if I used him for my new roof, he would just roll it into that.  I told him that I could probably do that and he made me sign a blank spot on his iPad. He would not give me an estimate until the insurance agent worked up the amount and then he said that he would do it for that amount.  This was a couple of thousand dollars more than the person who was recommended to me. (435 Roofing) Because of this, I went with them. Then Liberty Roofing sent me an invoice for $600 for 15 minutes and $20 worth of tape.  I asked him to reduce the price to a fair amount or receive a bad review.  Liberty Roofing is the Ambulance chaser of hail storms.
