    In the early part of July, I started to research prices for dumpsters. On July 21, 2023, I settled on EZ dump because they didn't have the restrictions that some of the others had and they were cheaper or at least equivalent. The price I was quoted was $450 which I paid over the phone the same day and arrangements were made to have the dumpster delivered on July 22nd. I had nothing but issues once the payment was collected over the phone. I had to call several times from the time the dumpster was scheduled to be dropped off (one reason because they were late) until it was picked up. The lady I had been dealing with was not helpful at all and I asked for management several times and of course, they were always busy. I left several messages and never a return call. The dumpster was a seven-day rental which they were to recover the following Saturday and they did despite me calling to have it picked up earlier because it was blocking the way of my mother getting to and from the house. On Monday July 24th I noticed there was an additional charge of $150 on my bank statement that I did not authorize. Of course I called and yet again was given the runaround. I then called my bank to dispute it which they sent to **** and they just told me today (3/13/24) that the additional cost was added because of weight. There were no weight restrictions which was one of the reasons I chose this company. Also, even it if was, at this point we still had the dumpster so there wasn't a way to weigh it at that point anyway. I just want the $150 that I was charged without my consent. It has taken so long because I have been going back and forth with the bank and they have been going back and forth with **** and apparently they're just tired of dealing with it. There are other companies I could have gone with but they were cheaper. It's a dumpster. I could have gotten it from anywhere but I chose the cheaper option or so I thought.
