    **** ***** @ Mid State was more than prompt, super professional and very thorough! My realtor said it was the most thorough inspection report he has ever seen! He did a general inspection, termite, septic AND an impromptu add on of a barn and non attached garage! The report was sent that night and was 128 pages and 2 page termite report. He knows a lot and explained how the plumbing and electric Should be hooked up as well as septic., etc…We are waiting on the water sample( he said it would take 3 days) **** let us know the tank need to be replaced as the previous owners added on 2 rooms! Glad he caught that! He showed me a lot I needed to know about the roof and gutters! He basically pointed out that what seemed like a new roof was a less than professional job covering up a bad roof without gutters, flashing and wasn’t sound. I WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN! His reports are professional and has good pictures and information about needed repairs and rates the condition of each area! He also recommended removing two chimneys not in use but in disrepair! So happy we used **** ***** at Mid State Inspection! ***** **
