    I contracted Thoenen Building Co. for an exterior remodel of my home in July 2023. They were supposed to complete the work by September 1, 2023, but consistently failed to meet deadlines and, ultimately, abandoned the project on September 2, 2023, without any valid explanation.
    The quality of the work performed was subpar, with issues like unlevel siding and poorly cut panels. Their workmanship did not meet industry standards and deviated from the agreed contract specifications. To fix the mess they left, I have had to hire another contractor at a significant additional cost.
    On top of this, Thoenen Building Co. has refused to pay a court-ordered judgment after I won a small claims case against them (case number 23GA-SC00011). Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, they continue to avoid their financial obligations, which now total over $5,100.
    I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their unprofessionalism, failure to complete work, and lack of integrity.
