    We hired this company to do an addition to our home last year to include roof replacement. Since the work finally completed after 6 months in Oct 2022 we now have an issue with the roof buckling where they added the addition. My husband and I have made numerous attempts to contact him about this but he won't return our phone calls or text messages. We also wanted information from him on who he hired to do our patio but he won't return our phone calls. We've been trying to reach him since October 2022 to get this info
    We would like to get our roof fixed as we paid him to hire someone to do our whole house roof and now with rainy season coming we need it fixed before we incur additional expenses from damage. We can't get him to answer his phone or return to calls.

    We did complete the addition and also replaced the roof on the house. I was contacted about an issue with the roof for the first time on Monday February 21st around lunchtime by phone call and text message by the husband. I responded to his text and told him that I would reach out to him when I finished up with the meeting that I was in. I called him later in the day and let him know that I would come by and take a look at it and see what needed to happen. I wasn’t able to make it by but I did send over an employee to take a look and he verified that there was an issue but it wasn’t going to be an issue with the coming rain as the roof was still weather tight. The next day was the day that this complaint was filed after I had responded to both of the customers multiple times and let them know that we would take care of it when we had decent weather. I was running machinery on Tuesday and missed a couple phone calls and text messages from both customers which I apologize for but I responded when I was done and went to the customers home and personally looked at the issue which was still weather tight. I let the customer know that I was there by text and asked if she wanted to come out to take a look at it with me. I received no response and received this complaint a couple hours later. The problem was repaired to the satisfaction of at least one of the customers on March 1st. I was contacted by both parties back in November regarding the concrete contractor that I used for their patio so they could refer my sub contractors to other people and I did not return their phone call or give them that info. I have attached screen shots showing the communication that took place regarding the roof issue to prove that this complaint is very misleading. We stand behind our work.
