    The model unit that was shown to me does not accurately represent the quality or contents of the unit I was assigned. I was told that the only difference between the standard unit and the upgraded united were new kitchen appliances and vinyl flooring. This was grossly misrepresented, as the outside and interior condition of my unit does not reflect the value of $900+ a month. This was a complete bait and switch. The new units are located near the leasing office, while the standard units are so conveniently located across Big Bend Road and tucked behind a residential neighborhood. The exterior of the apartment unit is dilapidated and unclean. The stairs are trashed and floors are visibly old and unmaintained. The floor and ceiling have started shedding a sawdust like substance. The paint on the mailboxes is chipped. The wood foundation has been weathered and does not look up to code or sturdy and safe. The door to the front closet will not shut completely. The doors to the washer and dryer hookups fall off the track. One of the shelves on the refrigerated door is missing, and was replaced with a piece of wood. This is absolutely ridiculous and ratchet. The coils on the stove are elevated and will not return to a flat position. This is a safety hazard and unable to be cooked on. The corner behind the bathroom door has a disgusting dark spot. The kick board under the bathroom sink is missing and has either rust or mold. The wood foundation of the balcony is so old that it has grown **** and become soft. The ********* is also not securely fixed to the building. It easily wobbles if slightly pushed against. In addition, several features were not in working condition when I first entered the unit. The sink stopper does not work. The toilet was leaking water from the septic tank. The light fixture in the washer and dryer hookup does not work.

    The apartment complex did not disclose in the lease how they render all AC units useless during winter months. Never explained that it will be shut off for a certain time period in the lease and still hasn't turned it on or told me why they do this. The temperature in my apartment is reaching almost 80 degrees with no way to cool it off! Was told to just "open a window" but with pets and allergies that's not a 24 hour solution. The apartment was also an absolute disaster when moving in and not ready to be lived in. There is a maintenence request still in from November about some lighting and faulty wiring that hasn't been resolved. Electricity is not included and is an expense I pay as a tenant so them having control over my AC unit makes no sense to me.

    WE RENTED AN APARTMENT THERE. MY DAUGHTER HAS HAD STOCKING ISSUES THERE AND HAD COMPLAINED TO THE OFFICE. SEVERAL ISSUES WERE HAPPENING IN THE BUILDING COMPLEX. WE STOPE TO THE OFFICE PERSONELL ABOUT TERNINATING THE LEASE AND RON GAVE MY DAUGHTER THE AMOUNT THAT ID WOULD TAKE TO GET OUT OF THE LEASEE. WHEN IT CAME TO THE MOVE OUT THE STARTED CHARGING MORE MONEY AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US BACK THE DEPOSIT STATING THAT THE APARTMENT WAS NOT CLEAN. WE HAVE PICTURES OF THE APARTMENT THAT STATE OTHER WISE. I HAVE EMAILED AND CALLED STONECREEK PROPERTIES AND STILL HAVE HEARED NOTHING FROM THE MANAGERS OR OFFICE PERSONELL.

    Good Afternoon,

    I just received the attached in the mail. This is the first I am seeing this, sorry for the delay. ****** and I have went over the charges with both the mother and the daughter.  Per our lease agreement unfortunately when the residents break their lease we require a 60 day notice in writing which was not received and their security deposit is non refundable.  She was charged for cleaning throughout several areas in the unit and the carpet had to be cleaned due to stains on the carpet.

    We have pictures stating otherwise. I ***** **** called ****** and he refused to speak to me he said that the manager would call me back and never had.  I emailed the corporate owners and still haven’t heard back. We have pictures and my daughter was never given  information on breaking the leases we have a police report of the stocking going on at the apartment complex.
