    do not reply to any emails, have no way of calling them, and sent us a "shipping confirmation" that has no tracking on it. sent 3 emails without any response and now needing to get our bank involved to mark charges as fraud charges its been a month since the order was made

    As we responded by email and ****** review: We apologize for the delay in getting back with you and *****, our customer service department has received an overwhelming amount of requests. The order was actually shipped on 2-28, but our system wasn't sending out the shipping confirmation emails because of an error in the code. Our techs fixed it, and it triggered all of the emails that had previously not gone out to send on March 6th. Your order shipped as a flat rate envelope, which **** does not provide tracking for, but we can see internal easypost tracking. It appears the package has been lost in transit, so I have asked our warehouse to repick and send the order again by **** Priority mail. I am also refunding you for the order. The tracking number for the reshipment will be **********************

    Horrible business!! Took my money, gave me some fake tracking number and has never replied to my DM or emails since. This company will take your money and ship something bogus and ***** never hear from them again! Dont do business with them, go to other seeds company that wont take your money and never respond to you. Reporting this company for fraud and I will most definitely getting my money back. I dont even want to leave one star review, they not even worthy of that! Never again.

    As we replied by email:Hello, ******. I called you, but there was no answer. I left a message, and you're welcome to call me back. If you prefer email, though, that's fine. Thank you for your order. We strive to ship all orders within 2-5 business days. Domestic seed orders should be received within 10 business days. We do not have weekend hours. I see you ordered on Friday 02/16/2024, and your order shipped the next business day, 02/19/2024. This order was shipped as a flat, and the **** does not support tracking for these packages, so there is no **** tracking number. This is why we provide the EasyPost tracking link. The updates on these shipments can take just a bit longer to show, however. If it doesn't get there by Thursday, please let me know directly. I'll be happy to assist you myself via email or phone from this point forward. Refund was issued

    Placed my order and haven' t received anything yet . Tried calling customer service but no one to talk with . told to use E mail will not deal with again

    They took my money, never fulfilled my order, made me wait a month before offering a refund, and ruined the growing season completely. To top this off, their customer service people are downright rude and abusive over email. No phone support. I am done. This used to be a good company. Not anymore. Total nightmare.
