    I went to buy a generator from them. I was quoted one price on the phone for a ***** ***** with electric starter and they said it would be $969. I drove there and it was a pull string starter. So they showed me the floor model and it was $1249. I told them I need the electric starter. I told them I would take that one and they entered the price and it was $1406. I didn&#**;t receive a receipt and there was no serial number. The next day it stopped running. I called the manufacturer and the serial number didn&#**;t match up. It was a bait and switch. I would like a refund, at least $300.00.

    The consumer can come in during our office hours, Monday - Friday from 9am -3pm and he can speak to anyone in the office and they can help him.
