    ******* Goodman of Goodman Homes, ***********, ******** has kept over $10,000 of our money.We are **** and ********************************* of ********, ********. This is our story.******* Goodmans business motto is Truly Custom. It is blazoned on all his company logos. We had high hopes that he would be the right fit to help us customize our project into something that we could be proud of for years to come. Then in turn we could recommend Goodman Homes to others. But sadly, NOT So!******* Goodman gave us a contract on October 9, 2023, for work to be completed on our home. We gave ***************** (his office manager) $30,584 total checks for the labor and materials to construct a front covered porch, a new roof, guttering, downspouts, windows and the siding on the home.The first check was given on October 9, 2023. ******* Goodman said we were looking at a 10 day time frame start to finish. On December 22, 2023, after experiencing much stalling of the job, terrible customer service with little communication, plus very sub-standard work quality, (see photos) we called time-out on our job. Conservatively, only $15,000-$18000 of the $42,000 worth of work detailed in the contract was actually accomplished. (Much of this work had to be redone by another contractor that we hired.) ******* Goodman refuses to accept our calls or emails asking for just a partial refund of our money. ($10897) We tried several times to work out an agreeable terms of separation, but ******* and **** both ignore our calls and emails.We have photos with examples of the sub standard work practices of Goodman Homes.

    I havent heard any updates concerning the case. I am wondering if you have made any progress in a setting up a resolution between me and Goodman Homes?
