When I broke my leg, I hired them to clean 3 rugs, my lift chair and my couch and couple of other pet beds. They did come while I was in rehab. When I got home, I couldn't get the foot of my lift chair up. It got stuck to my floor. The soap went down into the foot of the lift chair and ruined it. I tried to get someone to work on it and it didn't do any good. I have contacted **** and got angry with me because I kept calling them. I finally got ******* the manager of the warehouse, and he said he could fix it. Nobody came and I kept calling and calling. I found out there was an owner of this business. I can't get him to call me back either. It was not taken care of therefore the foot of my chair is ruined. I have had a lot of worry and concern.

I would like my money back.

I have tried to discuss the issue with the consumer, she has been advised that
due her pet(s) urinating in the chair over a period of time that the chair was no longer any good and
it would need to be replaced. We have serviced the chair multiple times for her, we've had our upholstery
expert go out to take a look at it also, and the consumer was advised again, that we couldn't
do anything more to service it. After making several good faith efforts, No refund will be given.

Submitted a claim for water leak damage with ***** **** November 2022. Representative from ***** **** had Servpro representative from Marshall, MO come out to accomplish an Assessment of damage. Servpro representative would not assess anything ***** **** did not approve of during assessment process. Servpro workers came out and removed all approved material and more. They removed more than what was approved by ***** ****. A countertop section was approved but Servpro employees removed the whole countertop, including sink and attachments and put out on our deck. Contacted Servpro General Manage (GM) to request repair date for damage, to include, the excess damage caused by employees’. The GM related they had months of back logged work and would not be able to do the rebuild for at least 8-months.
