****** ******* aka H&S heating and cooling was hired to install a new furnace and central air conditioning unit. I had a 3.5 ton a/c unit, A coil, and 80k btu furnace. He replaced everything with a 80k btu furnace, and only a 2 ton a/c unit and A coil. It will not keep my house cool and runs non stop. My electricity bill is 4 times what it should be, I contacted Mr. ******* about the issues, he come out in May and told me it was my filter. I replaced the filter and that didn’t help. I called and text him several times. He won’t get back with me. I had another heating and cooling company come out and inspect the system. They told me the new unit was too small and should of been a 3.5 ton unit like my old one.

It only takes a few ton unit. The installation on his house is very poor so he needs to get that fixed. I told him this several times.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:
He was TOLD to put in the same size unit as I had. I have had 2 other heating and cooling companies come out and look at my house. Both companies said that with the vaulted ceilings and number of vents I have it requires the 3.5 ton unit and A coil. I am having the correct unit put in. I am filing charges.

    Regards,
