  This builder/contractor was hired to build our home July 2022 (contract signed ) we unfortunately found out the hard way he was not a True Licensed builder. After very very poor workmanship and not continuing our build any further we hired an Structural Engineer to inform of us of all the "Damage" that had been done to our new build home( black mold , sagging floors , LVL support of doorways the list is VERY LONG (2 licensed report can be provided) . The list of repairs that structurally have to be made to continue any further. The contractor requested weekly payment for this Faulty work and was out of pocket NO expenses and He has avoided our numerous mail and email attempts/ requests for us to be provided with a dated written statement by him to list repairs the damages he has caused at no expense to us the home owners so that we might move forward in the build of our home . We are now out over 29,000.00 and a 5,000.00 deposit . Our home currently has no roof or windows as we near the winter season this will cause more damage and loss . PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS . He is known to work in Branson as well as OK, TX , KS . BEWARE

  Text received stating  construction was being stopped due to questions and or concerns.  Locks were changed and didn't have access to the property. 

  Met with customers on10/17/2022 and it was agreed upon that work would resume asap.

  10/18/2022 received yet another email stating that I was being denied access once again to the property after it had been verbally agreed upon that work would resume. Customers had been mad aware of that I would need both inspections and structural engineers report to complete the rehearsal needed. I still have not gotten one of the inspections. 

  I responded on 10/29/22, after receiving the structural engineers report. 

  No plans or blue prints were provided so construction was text book.

  Repairs would not have been necessary if I would have been allowed to finish.

  Received pricing list of monies paid to my company and also an informal letter. Total was 29000not 34000as stated in complaint 

  If my intention was not to finish I would nit have left equipment and tools on the ******* property. 

  I take pride in my work and also ensuring that my customers are completely satisfied. 

  Each and everytime the ******* called I went out there to take care of thier questions and concerns.

  I am rejecting this response because: The information you have been provided is completely false..... 

  The Builder met with us to collect his equipment as quickly as possible (and he did so) and unknown to the builder UPON HIS ARRIVAL we had the builder Engineer Inspector onsite! Builder did not agree to any repairs or the numerous requests for a (WRITTEN STATEMENT from himself TO INCLUDE A START AND FINSH DATE OF HIS REAPIRS) we had sent 3 letters by Certified mail. It was clear he was not going to make the repairs to the Damages he caused to our home therefor after 30 days and no response at which time we have filed with an attorney for the repair cost and our 5,000 deposit he still has. Should the builder have provided us the homeowners with his agreed to list of repairs with a start and finish date (written statement) the builder would have been given access to the property however should we not have a written agreement by the builder it was not in our best interests to continue any further with this Builder aka HANDY MAN to avoid further damages. We also have a signed contract by the builder and an additional home inspection report provided by Separate company*******. Potential clients******** need to be aware of our situation and the damages this man has caused us at no concern of his, he has made no effort to make this wrong a wright through the mail or by phone.... We have also filed with consumer complaints, Angie's list and google reviews.
