      They replaced a capacitor on an AC unit (a $30--$40) part and charged me $329 for the part. I called 3 different AC companies and gave them a copy of the invoice -- they ALL told me the capacitor should have cost $30--$50 at most, and that that price was way out of line. I called them and asked them if maybe the technician accidentally marked the wrong part (that was replaced) -- they assured me it was correct. DO NOT do business with this company - -they are NOT reliable or honest.

      Hello ****,This is ***** *******, one of the owners here at ***. The $329 price you mentioned includes service diagnostic, parts cost, and labor for everything we did. We are unfortunately not able to provide our service and install parts for what the parts may or may not cost. In addition to that no heating and air company will roll a truck to your house, diagnose a failure, and replace a part for $30-$50 - at least none that are licensed, insured, have a full-time office staff, trained/certified technicians, fully-stocked service vans, a reputation for integrity, and a record of backing up our work. A price objection does not speak to our reliability nor our honesty - it simply means you don't like the price - which is your prerogative. You were given at least two opportunities to decline our services, but did not. You were presented with the price for the repair, which you agreed to before any work was done, then acknowledged that the repair was done to your satisfaction, and finally you paid for the repair while our tech was on site- which is another approval. Your inability to decline (simply say no thank you) does not speak our reliability nor our honesty. We understand that not everyone desires the level of service that we offer here at ***. We wish you the best and thanks for the feedback.

      Questioned my bill and never got past the dispatchers. Seems
      the dispatchers intercept all complaint calls, without possibly
      forwarding. Overcharged by $75.00 - $100.00 according to three other
      local estimates. Arrived 2 hours earlier than scheduled, causing me to
      have to leave work earlier than planned. Would NOT reccommend. Took
      advantage during extreme weather. Would preder to leave no stars but
      system did not give that option.
