    Will NEVER use Marshfield Chevrolet again. Absolutely NO communication, unfriendly (especially the lady working in the service department) wait time is outrageous. The service manager didnt even respond to my emails. It will be more inconvenient, but I will take my 2023 Buick Encore to *********** to ******** Sales.

    I am sorry we failed to meet your expectation in regards to communication. Mr. **** was your advisor on this particular repair and worried to ensure your vehicle was fixed in a complete and timely manner. Both Mr. **** and Mrs. ********* had correspondence with the customer and Mrs. ********* completed the repair order in as Mr. **** is out on family leave. We have looked through all of our official communication forms and found no records of emails from the customer, it is possible that they did not reach the customers intended destination. This vehicle is under ** warranty, parts were ordered, and repair was completed. During the time the vehicle was in the shop a loaner vehicle was provided to the customer free of charge by **********************. on November 25, 2024 the customer returned the loaner vehicle and picked up his repaired vehicle. It is always our desire to complete repairs timely, unfortunately in some circumstances parts availability, particularly from a warranty standpoint slow the progress of our technicians. We hope the customer will give us another opportunity to meet their expectations, and will work to better communicate with them going forward.

    Buyer beware. This dealership is the epitome of shady. Purchased a truck April 2019 with extended service plan, GAP, credit life and financed through dealership. December 2019 I filed for divorce from one of the Finance Managers that work there. My business was no longer welcome after that and they would not honor the warranty they sold or do anything to the truck. They stated I had made a scene after an oil change because someone disconnected my head unit. I stood outside the building the entire time I was there. I went in to find the Service Manager to let him know what happened. They have cameras in the dealership inside and out. There was no scene. They used it as an excuse to not honor their obligations. They tried to push me off on ******* Chevrolet about a half hour away which was an hour from where I lived in Springfield. I took my business to Reliable Chevrolet in Springfield and they were more than happy to honor the warranty, change oil and rotate tires that Marshfield Chevrolet failed to do. They definitely went above and beyond and I didnt even buy the truck from them. Highly recommend. Ive since traded in the truck and I called Marshfield Chevrolet to speak to someone about canceling the warranty, GAP and life remaining. No one would help me. There was no office manager and the only other Finance Manager, although courteous and professional, did not want to get involved. This is the dealerships job. I had to contact each individual company and let them know the situation and was still instructed to send the cancellation notices to Marshfield Chevrolet who would process the request. The divorce was due to domestic abuse and the dealership is more interested in protecting the abuser and not the customers. *** since moved out of state, changed my phone number and been living peacefully until having to deal with anything that has to do with this particular dealership. Its been a nightmare. Very unprofessional. I doubt Ill ever see a refund.
