To the owner of Marshfield Towing, what part is false, you lied about a discount that was never offered. You lied about it being a wreck, she hit a deer and was towed because of radiator leak. You was questioned about your billing and got upset because you can't stand being challenged to explain your unfounded cost. You also lied about .me not having anything to do with it, my name is on the title of said vehicle, didn't check that ,did ya?, you threw her ID, and just talked to police and again there's another lie about them not finding anything wrong with your actions. Be a man and admit your a rotten business owner and to over charge your customers. Mostly false? You can't help yourself when your response is totally false. Plz don't do business with this scam artist, he'll steal your money and give you no professional courtesy.

Owner is abusive towards woman and Assaulted my daughter by throwing things at her, she questioned why it cost ****** to tow a car 11 miles and when she told him she was going to file a complaint her refused to release her car and refused to release it to the insurance company, had to call police to get car released. Very unprofessional and would never recommend or do business with them ever again

This Complaint is mostly false! First it was a wreck not a tow. with $280 added for storage. The owner call one day upset i didn't release vehicle to a tow company that showed up to get if for the insurance company. I had told the insurance company that the tow company they send in has to have the proper insurance. I always find it odd that insurance company will hire tow companies without the proper insurance. Then after numerous calls from the owner and the insurance company (Geico) on Tuesday and the attitude from them i removed a $200 discount from the bill. On the 20th the owner and a man come in making accusations and insults towards my and my company. I asked the man t leave as his presents was not needed and I didn't have to put with his attitude. after a heated exchange he left then the lad.... woman started in with insulates and attitude. i told her until she could control her self she would have to leave. She said she wasn't leaving until she had her car. i told her leave and come back was she was calmed down. She then wanted her id back so i flipped it out the door to the out side and then she left. They call the police and lied to the police about having thing threw a her. The police reviewed the camera footage of the incident and agreed that nothing was thrown at her. These people are trouble makers and want to blame their actions and problems on others instead of taking responsible for their actions. We did not refused to release the car once everything was done proper.

The owner, *********************************, charged us extra because they don't like us. We didn't have a choice but to use them. They were called by someone other than us. ************************** also kept requiring things in order to get our car and by the time we got them all and took them to him it was almost 4:00 and he locked the door and acted like he was closed. This was on a Friday and we had to pay for the weekend when they weren't open. He has demanded cash even though his business claims to take credit cards. The man was rude and when I tried to defend myself he told me to get off of his property. We had to get the police involved to get our car. ZERO stars

I would be glad to respond to this complaint but as I search my invoices I do not have a name matching this person. If they would give vehicle info I could look into the complaint. Other wise this complaint is unfounded and we had no interactions
