    *** $ his crew cut down a dead tree in my backyard that overhung my storage building & power line. They should have been more responsible and used a lift but instead they just used a rope. The rope was not high enough on the tree and one of their crew tried to tell them that it was going to go the wrong way. One of the other members told her to shut up and they continued. The tree hit my storage building and took my power line down, which bent the mast pipe on my house and did damage to my roof and soffits. My building is a mess! The utility company cut the power and said it was a fire hazard and that I needed to get an electrician. This was a Sunday evening so it cost $1,900 for repairs. ***'s girlfriend who does all of the negotiating refused to pay for it and argued with the license electrician and said that he was trying to rip me off. They put my tarp on the building with very large screws which left big holes in my siding and roof of the building. At one point they took it back down and she tried to run off with it. I had to run after her to get it back. They shoved all of my brush on their trailer out in my front yard and left mad. They were very bad about communication so I wasn't sure if they were planning to come back. I texted her at 8:00 p.m. and she responds at 1:30 a.m. telling me that they are not paying for my electrician and then they tried to raise the amount that we agreed upon. I told her to keep her invoice and that they were not allowed back on my property. This whole thing has cost me a lot of money and a lot of time having to take off work. 2 professionals told me that they could tell from the cuts he made he didn't know what he was doing. Another company had to come out and clean up their mess and finish cutting down the large ***** that they left. I will also point out that they continually tried to get payment from me the first day they were here, before the tree fell on my stuff.
