    Bathroom shower replacement was completed and shower starting leaking. Brian Rogger refused to repair the leak saying it happened from a new furnace being installed. The proper caulking and grout work was not completed and the job was very sloppy. I want to make sure no one else uses this contractor and that he refunds me for part of the work as it was not a professional contractor level and mistakes are very noticeable. Brian Rogger should not be in the contractor business and I hope he doesn't attempt any additional projects as he does not have the skills needed or the experience it takes to be a professional. Buyer beware and please don't ever use Brian Rogger's services. Even if I can't get some of my money back, I just want to stop anyone from using him or having a horrible experience similar to mine.

    Our company did not cause any damage to the stack, there were multiple contractor working in that area. We acting in good faith agreed to look at it and see if we could figure out where the leak was coming from, but could not locate the source. We advised the homeowner to contact a licensed plumber to inspect the leaking issue with the stack.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The Contractor, Brian Rogger, installed a completely new shower and drain system so he is responsible for any leaks to the shower drain. I did have a furnace and hot water heater installed by other contractors but they didn't touch the shower drain. Brian has zero proof that the other contractors caused the leak and because they didn't touch the new shower drain, it's not possible they caused the leak. Other areas of the remodel were very sloppy and unprofessional as he was always in a hurry to get to another job and didn't spend the time needed to do a complete and proper job. The only thing he did in "good faith" was to caulk the shower floor even though it was not the source of the problem as the leak is in the pipe. I expect a portion of the cost given back to me from Brian Rogger because of the incomplete and amatuer work.
