    I bought 2 of their lifetime warranty pumps. When the first one went bad they said it wasn&#**;t warrantied. ****** H333631363338373430**H said they would take care of it but they didn&#**;t do it. I registered the second pump, they told me there was no record of it being registered. They thought it was a repaired pump and refused to warranty the pump. I have $1100 wrapped up in their lifetime warranty pumps. I have been waiting since Thursday, Feb. 20 for their supervisor to call me back and he has not called me. I would like my money back and I am going to buy from a different company because I can&#**;t trust what they are saying to me.

    Ordered there FASS NO DROP Lift pump for my personal vehicle. Started the install and realized I received the wrong parts in the kit. Was told parts would be shipped and arrive the following day but took eight days. Has to spend more money for transportation during this. Fass manager **** ***** doesnt want to take responsibility for there mistake which cost me more money and lost time.

    They don’t want to honor the lifetime warranty. They have blocked me from being able to contact them via email and phone. They do not respond to multiple letters sent to them. If they aren’t going to honor the warranty I want a full refund and I’ll send them back the junk part. This is a breach of contract.

    We have banned Mr. **** from contacting us through email and social media due to harassment. He was told that he could contact us by phone and he was given my direct number, ###-###-####. He has an open RMA from 11/1/2021 to send his system in for inspection. He has yet to return it as he states he wants a refund. Our warranty policy (attached) does not include the option for a refund as we do not sell direct. He purchased it from Xtreme Diesel Performance (XDP) on 8/19/13. It clearly states on their receipt "Returns only accepted within 30 days". I did attach his warranty registration from 2013 that includes the receipt from them. Our server here will not allow me to attach the file that I have of all of Mr. ****' emails saved in because it is too large.

    We have replaced Mr. **** system on two occasions under warranty. The first time was in 2019 when there was an issue with the system. The second time was at the peak of his harassment. It came in and tested good so we sent the system back to him. We did video the testing as he was insinuating that we were going to somehow lie to him about the condition of his system. It was damaged in shipping back to him, so I sent him a new replacement. The harassment continued, so we banned him from electronic communication. He is the only customer that has ever been banned in the 20 years we have been in business. After we banned him, he turned his harassment towards the place he purchased the system, Xtreme Diesel Performance (XDP) in New Jersey. He has been banned from contacting them electronically as well.

    They will not respond to letters sent to them and certified letters sent to them. They have blocked me from calling them. They don’t want to send me parts to fix the issue. They don’t want to fix the issue and I want a refund. They can refund me and send me return shipping and I’ll send it back to them. They told me that XDP has to refund me. ***** ********* from XDP said they were sending me a refund on June 20th 2022. They shouldn’t prevent someone that paid a lot of money for this product that has a lifetime warranty from getting it fixed. And banning them from contacting them. All I want is this issue resolved. And I’m tired of dealing with this for over 2 years now and they don’t want to fix it and they told me they don’t know what the problem is and can’t fix it.

    I am rejecting this response because:



    They will not fix the issue and they told me they can’t fix it. I guess I have a now failed product with a lifetime warranty that I can’t get fixed because they banned me from contacting them and they don’t want to contact me. I guess I’ll spend money that I shouldn’t have to to replace this.
