      Our home is 48 years old and we have used DesignAire exclusively for installation and service. When our AC failed on a Sunday, their emergency service was prompt and efficient. They worked with us to get a new install done as soon as possible. The two technicians who did the installation were extremely pleasant and polite. Not only was it very hot, they worked through a thunderstorm and a 3 hour power outage.We couldnt ask for a better experience! We will continue to be loyal customers.

      Excellent customer services , polite , organized and efficient. With in 10 hours of my reaching my AC cooling system was fixed.****** tune was extremely professional, polite ,patient , respectful and very informative.Couldnt have asked for a better service than this. I would highly recommend them and was very pleased with them. ******

      Friendly, professional, and helpful. The quote process was quick and easy, and the full HVAC replacement only took about 5 hours, which is much faster than I expected. I absolutely recommend them.

      Professional, friendly, & prompt. My service man was ****. This man has serviced my unit since purchased with Design Aire several years ago. The unit is efficient & so is the service. No complaints at all. I would recommend them to anyone.

      I called Design Aire at noon on Monday and had a technician, *******, at my home at 8 am the next morning. ******* was very helpful and explained what he had to do and what didn't have to be done. My A/C unit was repaired and as always, I was very impressed with Design Aire's technician and his politeness and respectfulness. As a 21 year customer of **********************, I always recommend them to anyone who is in need of HVAC work. Thanks Design Aire.

      Design Aire was excellent. Found a coil for me that others could not get for weeks due to tariffs. Were here in 2 days to install. **** explained everything,installed it in 2 hours and it works great. **** ***** found the part and got it done. Best heating a/c company I have ever had in my 50 years of home ownership! Highly recommend. ***** - Emerald Place - ******************
