    The UPS store is a drop off point for ****** returns. My paid prime membership includes free returns and clearly states no box/package/label required. This store tries to collect 14.95 for a box, when I did bring a box they said they wanted $1 for tape to seal the package. AS A PRIME MEMBER I FEEL I HAVE PAID FOR RETURNS AND SHIPPING IN MY MEMBERSHIP AND THEY ARE STEALING.

    The customer has paid for a membership with ******.  We "the UPS Store" are NOT ******.  Our Franchisor has made an agreement with ****** to process returns for their customers, however they (******) do not pay for any packaging services we must provide to get the package returned to them for the type of return their customer brought to us, therefore, we must charge the customer those feed to cover our costs.  If the customer had brought the item all packaged and ready to be shipped through UPS' system, there would have been no charge.

    In NO WAY does this constitute stealing as the individual states.  We provided a service and charged (a minimal amount) for that service.  If the customer did not want to pay it, he could have taped the box himself with his own tape.

    I am rejecting this response because:



    attached the return instructions clearly state no box or label needed. ****** has paid ups store for this and the store is trying to double charge customers $14 for a box and $1 for tape.
