    This seems to be a business created by an UNprofessional non plumber who is clueless and apparently scamming jobs by claiming to be a professional. When hiring ******************* (owner) and only one working for his startup, to change filters in my Reverse Osmosis system, he took 2 hours, which was far beyond the time it took to install the entire system by a REAL plumber. After accepting a check for $150 and leaving, I noticed the system didn't look like it originally did and when turning on the water, NOTHING came out. The fact he didn't even try to see if his job worked and instead grabbed the money and left, told me this man was disreputable. What plumber doesn't ensure a fixture actually works before leaving? Following, I called in another plumber from a different company who told me it wouldn't be cost effective for him to fix it because he would first have to undo what **** already did before reassembling it correctly which would cost over $200. Because no plumber comes out for free, he charged me $95.00 just to tell me that. In the aftermath, I left a message on SMP *******************' website stating I want a refund for the amount I paid him or I would take him to small claims court and *** for that amount plus the cost of the unit which for all intents and purposes is now worthless, and I would also *** for the cost of the second plumber as well. To no surprise, he has never contacted me back. Buyer beware...DO NOT USE THIS RIP OFF SO CALLED COMPANY.
