    Claims they sent the item and that it was delivered, yet I have no item and they claim they wont replace or refund it. Ill be filing a lost package claim with ***** filing a chargeback with my credit card, amongst other avenues of recourse.

    I have bought an item (pokemon destined rivals booster box) from the seller, the item arrived and was suspected to be tempered with (in my personal opinion not by the seller, as I had pervious good experience with the store).The seller requested that I will reach out to *************** for support, I did as instructed. ******* company concluded that the item was tempered with (shared with the seller the information) and was instructed to get a resolution from the seller.The seller keeps insisting that they cannot help, and pokemon company keeps saying that it is the store's responsibility since the item was tempered with. I was asked by the seller to ask them to escalate the issue and was refused since the concluded it was altered.After reaching the seller once again I was ignored. I am left in the middle with no resolution on this situation and the pokemon company concluded that the item is tempered with, seller is ignoring me and also refusing to reach out to the distributor or to the shipping company to resolve the issue.An ideal resolution will be a replacement item or an equivalent replacement of packages from the same set that will sum up to the correct packages number. If such thing is not possible a refund will be in order in my opinion

    I had an unauthorized $658 charge on my card. I assumed it was a family member, but he claimed he didn't. Regardless, someone had a hold of my credit card and made a purchase with my information. I have never heard of this merchant. Upon receiving weird/unexpected emails from them, I called and emailed them to let them know of the fraud that had occurred. They didn't care. I had to deactivate my card and get in touch with my credit card company. I informed them of the matter and they chose to ignore my most recent response and is still trying to milk me of my money.Mind you all of this happened before they had fulfilled the order. After a few days they are now trying to go through with the charge and shipping the order. Bad faith business.

    Ordered and preordered product, had problems with shipping and contacted the owner, there was back and forth about my order and I asked for some to get refunded because it was going back to the store before arriving. She said it was outside policy even though I never received product. I said I never experienced this service before with customer service and was told Im not a good fit for the store as a customer. There was no concrete answer about my order and now I am unable to get a response from the store or owner about product I have bought and had shipped, and had preordered for September. Scam business

    The date of the transactions is 4/9/2025. I spent $175 on a very misleading product. The product had no photo (despite their lies saying there was, there was none when I purchased) and NO description. They released 2 products at the same time, an ETB and a booster box for pokemon. I thought I was purchasing the booster box since it was priced at what they typically retail for ($160), only to find out after I purchased it was the *** (retails for $55). They are claiming I cannot get a refund since I agreed to their policy of no refunds and only in store online credit. It is clear they are trying to entrap customers with misleading products with no description. They have other pokemon products priced at $999 - they are trying to catch customers confused to them trap them into $999 of Instore credit! In the terms of agreement I checked it said I have 72 hours to request a refund review. I reached out nearly 5 minutes after my order and they are denying me my refund. This is extremely dissapointing service of a company trying to take advantage of unsuspecting customers in a hyper pokemon market. As you can see in the photos I provided, Marcs email said I must be using a bot, admitting to not caring and trying to entrap customers! I did in fact NOT use a bot so Marcs assumption is wrong and I am paying for it because of their misleading product?

    I saw advertisements on forge and fire gaming and chose to purchase my products almost an hour away as they advertised that is you spent $75 on "duskmorn magic the gathering" you would get a pre release box. When I got there to get my items I could only get my decks I spent $134 on them and was told by the manager the pre-release was an ploy to get more people to play card games in their store increasing their rating. Not to actually distribute on purchase, As advertised. While I'm frustrated with not getting my items I must have seen dozens of pre orders that were laying there probably going through the same issue. I was hoping they could correct their advertisements as they are still the same, and send me the items promised.

    The merchant sent the incorrect item. The value of the item is $300 less than what I paid for. They sent me a an expansion called Floodborn, but the expansion I ordered is called First Chapter. After explaining this to the merchant, they threatened legal action against me for their mistake.
