  Broken glass trash is being left in the alley way when trash is done being picked up from ******** lofts Ive called multiple times and complained about it the first time they were putting plies of glass and trash and my yard and broke a wooden piece of my gate they decided to move on the other side of the alley way still leaving glass and trash throughout the alley way were cars enter the parking garage as well as residents and kids use alley way.

  Each time the complaint has called we have gone down to the public alley way and cleaned up any and all glass that we could find.  As recently as the previous week we went down to the public alley way and could not locate any glass to clean up. 
  We also found that the complaints property is right next to the public alley way and then there is an adjacent public back-alley way going along the back of the complaints property where there are 3 or more St louis **** dumpsters for trash and yard waste for the complaint and his neighbors.  We did find glass and trash near these ************* dumpsters.  These ************* dumpsters are serviced by the ************* and ************************* and use this public back-alley way which is right next to the complaints wooden fence.
  We are not aware of an instance where we had run into the complaints fence. The pubic back-alley way is where the wooden part of the complaint fence is and it is damaged and appears to be almost laying down on the lawn all across the back of complaints yard.  We never parked in the public back-alley way. The public back-alley way is a narrower and tighter fit than where we had parked previously. 

  ACTION;
  We have moved where we park and service ***************** lofts.  We will try at all costs not to use the alley way in the future and to always make sure we clean up after we do.
