    This is an ongoing issue having started June 9, 2023. I called to ask if this business could repair the head on my 2019 Nissan Frontier and asked for an estimate over the phone. He said that labor would take a total of 11 hours at $88/hr, plus the cost of the parts needed. I asked how long it will take in general, and he said with sending the head to get sent off to the machine shop he uses to magnaflux parts, and depending on how long they take, it should be only 4 to 6 weeks. I told him I would have the vehicle delivered and he said he would get on it then. I asked if he wanted at least the general cost of labor up front and he told me I don't pay him until he completes it. 4 weeks later, I call for an update, and he said he hadn't even started it yet; a month later he said he had just sent off the part to get checked. 3 months later I hadn't heard anything, I called him and he said it was bad and he was having problems finding it anywhere, except a used one on ebay for 1600.00. I called around and found a place that might have one, for approximately 850.00. He tried to tell me to pick up the part (impossible since the place was in the same town he was in and he has my only vehicle). I have tried contacting him multiple times, but his answering machine is full constantly. Also, even though the hours online and on the door of the business say it's open until 5pm, there are several times I had my ride stop to check on it at 4:15 after getting off from work, only for the business to already be closed. I tried calling another mechanic, and they won't do any work due to liability issues, unless they replace the whole engine. When I finally did manage to get ahold of him again, he yelled at me telling me it was my fault for not picking up the part, and that he could use the one I suggested because he has wholesalers he uses for liability issues. He also yelled at me for leaving a review on google 14 months after the start telling me he doesn't want to touch it.
