    When you buy a car with warranty, you expect it to run, and when things go wrong, that is why you have warranty, they didn’t explain nothing to me. My car literally sit in a shop (not ford bc they wouldn’t even look at it) for 6 months waiting for a what they said was a new motor, it definitely was not new. 2 hours after it came out of the shop the check engine light was on. I took it back only to find out the injectors are bad. After knowing the injectors were bad Tri-State asked to bring it in so they could look at it, (surprised bc they wouldn’t even look at it when the motor blew) they didn’t even look at the injectors they smoked the exhaust to see if there was a leak. Turns out there was no leak. I asked to document all this information, they would not, bc they didn’t “put a ticket in” they told my husband that there was nothing more they could do. That we were stuck with this car, that’s still under warranty. It has been a joke from day one!
