    I am writing this for my stepmom that is 82 years old. She was married to my dad that recently passed away at the age of 94 in October of 2022. Taylor mowing was their regular weekly mowing company, and a little over a year ago, when they were mowing their yard, the mower hit one of the metal decorative awning columns, of their metal carport, bending the metal support column, damaging the soundness and integrity of the structure of the carport. Right after that happened, the owner told my dad and stepmom, that they would fix it. Several weeks went by, and the owner still hadnt repaired the damage, but he had told my dad that he was trying to find/order a metal column to match the existing columns. According to my stepmom, the owners wife had showed up one day to do some yard work for her after my dad had died, and my stepmom had brought it to her attention that the husband still hadnt fixed the metal column. At that time, my stepmom told her that she wouldnt need their services anymore. To this day, the owner still hasnt repaired the column and my stepmom has never heard anymore from the owner of Taylor Mowing.

    I talked to my stepmom again yesterday. She stated the metal awning was struck by a blade attached to his truck for snow removal. ****** was not caused by a mower.  Also, it wasn't his wife she had talked to, but it was his mother. She saved the text messages that the owner sent to her. She has pictures of the damage that was done. I'll try to send those pictures to you promptly.

    The customer has every right to be upset. We damaged the awning support while clearing snow with our trucks snow plow. It was our intention to fix it ourselves right away. Unfortunately time got away from us faster than it should have. We just hired a local contractor to finish the job which is what we should have done from the beginning when we became swamped with our busy season. We sincerely apologize for the delay.
