These women are the most abusive, rude and price gouging people I've ever known. Their treatment of me and my animals is shamefully below par and unethical. I don't understand how they can cater to certain clients while discriminating against others, misdiagnosed several serious veterinary issues and improperly labeling medications. My animals and I trusted them for at least adequate care and were left without that.

    Dear ************************,

We pride ourselves in great customer service and are saddened to hear how you feel about the services you received from us.  We strive to make every client interaction a pleasant one and would like to know details about why you feel that you have not received adequate care.  We have seen several of your pets over the years and in some instances have provided you with free medication to help treat your pets when money was tight for you in order to make sure ***** was able to get the treatment she needed.  We constantly adjust prices to make sure we are priced at or below online pharmacies for the medications we offer to our clients and price match if you can find a lower price. We also check surrounding markets for prices on the services we provide to ensure you are able to get a fair price for the procedures your pet needs to stay healthy. The veterinary issues we have diagnosed your pets with have been confirmed by laboratory tests including giardia for one pet and canine ehrlichiosis for another which were both treated with appropriate medications.  If you have any further questions or would to speak with me directly I can be reached at ************ and hope to be able to resolve any issues you have.

    Customer Answer

Unfortunately, I strongly disagree with the businesses response. ***** was never treated for free, Oreos tail was amputated for half price.

The respondents wife, ************************* and *****************************, frequently make contact with my daughter, *********************************** outside of business practices with questions regarding my animals care and health. The animals are bugged, and these business owners have been harassing my seven year old daughter about them. They placed my daughter in such concern for ******, a German Shepherd mix, that the dog but my daughter, and was euthanized. They are engaged in discriminatory, and deceitful business practices based on a preconceived notion about my ability to properly provide for them. They also referenced by inference that I am an incapable parent and work closely with the fathers family, to gain control of the dogs for my daughter.

It has also been suggested that they are doing a longtime client favors, *** and ***********************, alledging that I bloated their horses, and that's validation for their actions and misconduct towards me.

************** was in the back room, speaking loudly about an alledged incident, involving myself and treated me inappropriately during the scheduled appointment.

***** had staph infection while she was their patient. It was never addressed. I pointed out a wound on her side where a cockaburr had been embedded into her skin. The area was infected, raised, oozing and red. This was her first visit to their hospital. It was not treated, but she was vaccinated anyway. It took several months for her to "suspect" *********, and ***** had a heartworm test when needed. The diagnosis required a separate test, a 4dx, which is the same as a blood draw for a heartworm test and should have been suspected upon a physical exam as a puppy. ***** was also there, for a urinalysis, due to foul smelling urine and they stated they " could not get urine from the dog" for proper testing and treatment.

Im upset all of my animals have had to go elsewhere for more tests, treatment and adequate care.

I am referred to as "the dog" and mocked because my "cat has Chlamydia". These are innuendos about my personal health, not my animals defects.

I would appreciate their confidentiality with respect to "the dog" and "the dogs" health and I dont feel that it's being adhered to.

Our lives are in danger, my dog ***** was being threatened to be killed and when I request privacy for services rendered as well as irrelevant family life issues, it should be respected.

My daughter should never be placed in the middle of relaying information to any business regarding anything and a veterinary who discriminates against myself should not have any business associating with my daughter outside of my care.

    Thank you.
