      I ordered a 3 pt hitch from them for my farmall 5 years ago. The main side support was made with 1/4 steel . Over time with normal use they bent and deformed very badly and became in useable. I call them and explained the issues. And order new sides, I was told that they now make them out of 3/8 steel because of the problems they have had. So I ordered the new sides the cost was ****** plus shipping that brought it to ****** . Seemed very high, since a a new complete unit is ******. When the parts came I noticed that the mounting holes were not round and needed to be filed out. It took hrs to do this work to all of the holes. I then installed the entire assembly. I soon found that not only were the holes not round but the were not in the right places and it would not fit. I called ***** at the company explained the issue. I sent dozens of pictures showing the old mounting holes in the original parts and the new parts with the poor quality hole and incorrect locations. It was told to me that nothing could be done and no further assistance would be provided. I had to ata great time and expense weld close all the mounting holes, the grind clean an re drill the mounting holes. These are 3/4 inch holes no easy job for the average guy working in his garage. I have now reworked both peaces and reinstalled. I dont want all my money back but feel that 200. 00 is fair compensation for all the additional expenses and work.
