*********************************** and one his shell companies took us for $150K. Look him up on case net. There are easily ************************************************************************************************************ just doesnt make good after the court finds him guilty Restor Co **************** Master, ******************* Well be filing criminal charges this week. He destroyed our home, left it entirely unfinished and has already stolen twenty grand or so from our insurance company, left our home uninhabitable and his employees stole everything from ladders to power tools before they walked out on the job. Had us displaced for 110 days at about $500 a day when the job shouldve taken three weeks, didnt finish even half the work he was contracted to do and the roughly half of what Restor Co did do was made worse, not better, all after we spent 10s of thousands of dollars on materials that are now destroyed. He needs to be in prison. Estimate we got to finish what they started and fix what they destroyed came in at $150k and he owes us another $200K+ in displacement reimbursement and punitive damages. He wont get out of this one. The walls are about to come crumbling down (at our home and at HIS). Consumers beware of any company *********************** has his hands in. He wont even return our phone calls, but h*** see us in court, rest assured. He left Silka dust in the air and mold in our home. Which has caused our family health issues upon returning. The mitigation was not done properly.

    BBB Response to C&A
    Date: 2/8/24
We have received the **mplaint logged with the BBB and respond with the
    following timeline:
    September 05, 2023 @ 7:01 PM - *********************** called the office (First
    Contact)
    September 07, 2023 @ 10:00 AM - Water Mitigation started and
    paperwork was signed.
    September 22, 2023 - Mitigation **mpleted (15 days)
    September 25, 2023 - started Re**nstruction.
October 09, 2023 - Customer signed the *** for insurance to pay us.
October 23, 2023 - Received payment of $16,038.51 for water mitigation.
November 13, 2023 - last day of **nstruction work
    November 14, 2023 @ 6:32 PM - ************************* fired Restorco
November 22, 2023 - Sent invoice to customer by certified mail.
    January 29, 2024 - Received BBB letters
February 01, 2024 - Received our certified mail envelope unopened
    saying "return to sender."
We were on this job site for a total of 67 days.

The mitigation portion was **mpleted in 15 days. We did not remove standing
water from the house, that was performed before we arrived. We removed all
damaged materials, dried out the structure and sprayed anti-microbial agent
throughout. Documents were signed by homeowners to allow insurance ** to pay
us directly for mitigation work which was **mpleted to their satisfaction.
We began re**nstruction on 9.25.2023. The homeowners supplied the
overwhelming majority of the materials for this project. During the 49 days of
re**nstruction, there were multiple delays due to materials not being on site and/or
being shorted. We also en**untered multiple other issues with the house post
mitigation; the master shower had a water leak behind the tile on an exterior wall
which lead to us tearing out the entire custom shower. Once this extra damage was
dis**vered, the adjuster was alerted and agreed to **ver these damages. During
the tear out, several of our employees became sick while on the job site leading us
to dis**ver there was still standing water in the **** ducts which are located

below the house, in the **ncrete floor. Again, we did not remove water from the
house as the customers had done this before our arrival. We immediately **ntacted
the adjuster who ordered us to stop **nstruction and do a mold test. This short
pause was @ 7 days. Upon knowing the strand of mold, we attempted to remove
the remaining water from the duct work and again sprayed the house with antimicroblial
agent, ordered another mold test and the property passed the test with no
    mold evident. We restarted **nstruction.
The week of 11.6.2023 we began putting the master shower back in place after a
wait of @ 2 weeks for the custom tile to arrive. We installed all of the provided tile
ending on 11.13.2023 and alerted the homeowner we would be back to **mpleted
once the remaining tiles were on site.
We were asked to not return on 11.14.2023.
On 11.15.2023 our office manager, ********************************* attempted to **ntact the
homeowners at the residence and was asked to leave the property and told we
    would hear from their attorney.
Since then, we have sent a certified letter which was returned to the office, return
to sender, and the homeowners have entered into a smear campaign on social
media spreading a series of made-up accusations and outright lies.

    Many Thanks. ***********************************
