    J&H Concrete installed 2 concrete walkways & a large concrete patio ***************** are connected & done in the same pour) The first time the concrete was laid, in August of 2023, there were multiple issues. One was with one of the walkways- water run off was going toward the house. Another issue was- we had a wood look stamp applied that was done incorrectly & looked awful. Then, the large patio sunk in the *********** had a pool of water when it rained. J&H agreed to tear out both walkways & large ********** pour everything. In the process of removal, our foundation bricks got damaged. This is the first part of the complaint- our foundation bricks were not fixed. The second attempt at pouring happened just last week. The walkways are draining correctly, although there is all this weird staining everywhere that we are not happy about. But the large patio has sunk again in 2 spots. And it also has weird staining & burn marks. When i questioned it sinking again, J&H told us "Man, I tried. Your ground was like jelly when I was tamping it" Basically telling us- oh well. I told him, he being the professional, should have told us this. The large patio has sunk twice now and nothing looks like a brand new concrete work because of the sinking & weird strain marks everywhere.
