    I bought a grave marker from them and someone told me to go check on the grave. because there was nothing there. I  paid over 100 dollars for a grave marker and they didn't put it on my Moms grave and there is no one at the office to talk to.  I have been calling them with no response.

    On March 7, 2022, my sister sent a $350 check from our joint bank account to S. Carter Monuments to pay them to add the year "2021" onto our parent's headstone to update the year of our mother's passing. They cashed the check on March 30, 2022, but as of today, the work has still not been completed and they will not return phone calls or emails for follow up. My sister even sent a certified letter which was subsequently returned to us due to the postal services' inability to deliver to the owner. My sister was able to catch the owner outside the shop in June of 2022, and he acknowledged the date still needed to be updated and also acknowledged that the headstone would be reset to center it above their grave since it was placed in extremely off center when it was put back in the ground following our mother's internment. Due to the amount of time that has passed with no action, and due to the fact that the owner is not responding to our requests for an update, we are seeking your assistance with resolving this issue so that our parent's headstone will be updated with the year our mother passed away and moved to be centered properly above their grave.

    I am sorry this file must have slipped through the crack.  I do recall this file.  I am currently in the process of closing down my business.  I am currently working through a few files and I will put this file on the pile to make sure it is completed as soon as possible.
