    On 7/10/2022 using home warranty company I filed service request on our boiler. The contractor ** ***-It was assigned to our request. *** ***-It came in August 2022 to do service and all he did was look at it and advised the boiler needed parts replaced and would be back in September or October. There was no follow up and once I tried reaching out to *** ***-It he would tell me a day “he could make it” but wouldn’t show and no phone calls. When I told him I have 4 children under the age of 5 in my home and we needed it fixed as soon as possible because cold weather was coming he stated “yeah it’s going to get cold but then warm up that’s just how fall works”. The home warranty has attempted to contact as well and either no response or he will say a date but not show up. There has been no contact and I have no heat in my home with 4 small children.

    He never came out.  I found another company to come out and fix it.  My home warranty company reimbursed us for it.
